PerlBorg sits in your IRC channel, idling. Until it hears 2000 words (definable). After that point, it will randomly generate sentences. With bad english at first, but it will gradually learn what words are and aren't used together and slowly improve its english.

 

As I never found a found a website for this awesome bot, I had to weave through countless technical difficulties to find someone to send me a copy (thanks c_thur of #agffh on esper.net).

 

So I decided to make a site for it. And here it is! Enjoy!
